Task:

Requirement:

- Confident communication skills across all hierarchical levels, coupled with the personal commitment to drive change and improvement.
- Certified qualification as a project manager is an advantage, e.g. IPMA, PMP license.
- Technical affinity and ability to grasp complex interrelationships quickly.
Key Responsibilities
1. Help build and maintain internal workflows for contract management and filing, organize litigation materials and evidentiary documents, and support stamping and internal review processes for legal documents.
2. Support general corporate matters, including board meeting materials, company registration updates and related filings, and group insurance administration.
3. Conduct legal research on topics such as corporate law, employment law, and business regulations.

Identify, develop, and execute a portfolio of projects to deliver;
1. Technology into the Service Technology Centre network to advance the manufacturing capabilities and improving the STC operational KPIs.
2. Ensuring the technology achieves PPAP Level A and MCRL 8 by working alongside the specialists, STC manufacturing engineer and operational zone leaders.
3. Ensure you stay up to date with the latest manufacturing and digital technologies as this will enable you to be successful when communicating with specialists and operations.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to development of CAPEX projects of multiple million USD value. Under direction of senior manufacturing engineers develop concepts, produce designs, obtain quotes, produce project schedules, and perform safety assessments.
2. Support execution of CAPEX projects of multiple million USD value. Engage with suppliers and contractors to safely deliver project deliverables on schedule and on budget. Contribute to internal project meetings, spend and schedule tracking, engineering management reports, and post-project reviews and effectiveness measurement.
3. Support execution of portfolio of continuous improvement projects (CIP), consisting of;
a. projects proactively generated by engineering team through application of their knowledge and expertise and application of tools such as digital twin, complex factory simulations, manufacturing systems, and IT integration.
b. Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for both manufacturing and digital technology teams ensuring the requirements are robust, resource plans in place, and local supply chains / vendors are onboarded, all to ensure the successful introduction of future manufacturing and digital technologies.
4. Contribute to regular priority alignment and performance reviews with regional the STC operational teams and Innovation teams
5. Understand and validate the benefits of future technologies against the business case and agree with the business controller how they are seen within the STC balance sheet.
6. Implement internal directives, such as Service Information Bulletins, issued by global teams to address quality or operational issues
7. Support Vacuum Technique Production System (VTPS) and ensure future technologies align to its principles.
8. Operate the STC Permit, and Engineering Change applications for submission to internal change control council on behalf on the innovation team.
9. Execute program of engineering audits to ensure deviations from published standards are identified and addressed.
10. Manage own continuous development through application of structured planning & review process and identification/attendance of appropriate training programs.
The Installation Engineer job is high profile and exciting opportunity for adventurous souls! Works under minimal direction from Management. Completes documented procedures and exercises judgment within defined procedures. Recommends changes to existing process and procedures. Primary responsibility is to strive for predictable Cycle Times and Warranty Starts for new tools installed and upgraded at our customer sites. Roles and Responsibilities
• Installation of new tools in the field. Follows all procedures and provides a consistent result within specified cycle times. Achieves a predictable warranty start.
• Evaluates, analyzes, diagnoses and fixes technical equipment problems related to installation. Can repair issues using standard procedures or innovate to resolve system problems which can have multiple causes.
• Solving problems and repairs of sophisticated system level problems are based on Installation Engineer's technical knowledge and training. Installation Engineers seek help from Staff Engineers and Management when problems occur that may exceed knowledge, education and training.
• Prepares field service reports and daily passdown on Installation progress and non-conformances. Contributes to post-activity Quality Feedback Report
• Hold pre-installation meetings with the customer to scope customer unique requirements then create plans of action to measure and satisfy the unique needs. Execute plans of action and validate deliverables with the customer.
• Meet with customer to facilitate warranty signoff after the activity is complete.
• Acquires all vital international travel documents and manages their personal lives to be ready for domestic and occasional international travel.
• Handles personal finances to prevent disruption to scheduled activities - even when traveling for extended periods.
• Travels domestically and internationally by commercial transportation to customer sites.
• Assists other engineers as necessary. Provides mentorship and technical assistance at customer sites. Can develop basic POAs. Provides phone and on-site support for junior engineers

Job Description
UltraSense Systems is looking for an experienced and skilled Device Qualification and Reliability Engineering leader for the manufacturing organisation. The role requires both strong technical and a track record of success. You should be comfortable in driving product/device and package qualification and reliability stress testing in order to meet AECQ100 Grade 2 complaincy. You will work closely with customer Engineering to address customer quality issues from yield to reliability by driving “0 PPM”.
Responsibilities
o Work closely with multi-functional engineering groups and third parties to lead qualification of new products/devices with high quality. Establish plans and manage deliverables.
o Drive investigation and resolution on qualification fallouts and product and process nonconformance of MRB, RMA events through means of FA, CAR, 8D, and reporting
o Manage customer failure root cause analysis and 8D reporting
o Drive Design for Reliability and Design for Test to ensure stress-ability and testability
o Lead all aspects of and ensure adequate preparation for qualification including such as corner skew material, BIB/Socket, waveform, electrical bias, thermal effect, lifetime estimation
o Perform FAI to ensure critical goals are reviewed before engineering, pre-production and production release for Product Manufacturing
o Manage new product/device reliability testing and qualification such as TCT, HAST, and HTOL.
o Drive investigation and resolution on qualification fallouts and product and process nonconformance of MRB, RMA events through means of FA, CAR, 8D, and reporting
o Evaluate and perform Reliability Risk Assessment
o Support PCN or ECN activities
Qualifications
o BS in EE or Pysics. MS or PhD preferred. >5 Years of relevant industry experience
o Silicon engineering experience in the Device/Reliability from multinational companies
o Outstanding communication skills required
o Experience of silicon product level reliability qualification and lifetime behavior model
o Board Level Reliability knowledge preferred
o Expertise and working knowledge of commercial and automotive reliability standards (JEDEC, AEC)
o Knowledge of reliability stress and test methods, failure mechanism acceleration models.
o Good social and communications skills - comfortable working in multicultural teams.
o Familiarity with IC components reliability failure modes, mechanisms, and failure analysis techniques preferred
