<Job Overview>
This position is focused on the procurement management of indirect materials (such as administrative supplies, services, and technical support), responsible for developing and executing strategic procurement plans to enhance cost efficiency, supply chain stability, and process optimization.

- Develop and execute long-term and short-term procurement strategies aligned with company goals to ensure a stable supply chain and maximize cost-effectiveness.
- Continuously analyze market trends, price fluctuations, and supplier dynamics to assess risks and implement proactive solutions.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to consolidate procurement needs and optimize the overall purchasing process.
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers to build a diverse and reliable vendor network.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing suppliers and conduct performance evaluations to ensure quality, delivery timelines, and service meet company standards.
- Lead annual supplier reviews and negotiations to continuously optimize terms and conditions.
- Master advanced procurement negotiation skills and tactical strategies to effectively lower procurement costs and generate value.
- Lead and manage the procurement team, assigning tasks and ensuring departmental goals are met.
The Failure Analysis Engineer is primarily responsible for providing product failure analysis, material analysis, reverse engineering analysis and related activities to the customers of Tsukuba Laboratory. This responsibility includes utilizing analytical techniques available within Tsukuba Laboratory as well as within the global Littelfuse laboratories, documenting results through technical reports and communicating results with internal and external customers.
About the Job
Supports Engineering, Operations, Quality, Sales and Marketing through product failure analysis, material analysis, reverse engineering and related activities utilizing analytical techniques available within Tsukuba Laboratory, within the global Littelfuse laboratories and/or 3rd party analytical service providers.
Documents all data and results of analysis through world-class technical reports.
Communicates test results to internal and external customers.
Collaborates with Engineering, Quality, Operations and Failure Analysis practitioners within the global Littelfuse locations in formulating the most probable root cause of a particular failure
Identifies and recommends new lab equipment, new tools, and procedure improvements to the Laboratory Manager.
Other duties as assigned.
About You
Bachelor or university degree in Engineering
One to two years of experience
Familiarity with engineering practices

For our Global Operations Center in Taiwan we are searching for Supply Chain Professionals. You fulfill the demand of our customers for spare parts and tools for their maintenance activities on some of the most complex machines in the right quantity and at the right time & cost.
Time is of the essence to ensure a seamless production of our customers without interruptions on our machines.
-Handling of urgent material requests from worldwide customers in a rolling 24/7 shift system with the right customer focus, while meeting all milestones related to communication and execution
-Monitoring of worldwide shipments
-Ability to resolve complex issues and drive improvements to further optimize processes
-Ability to support escalations and provide communication proposals for review
-Constructive and reliable communication with worldwide stakeholders from all departments within ASML
-This position requires shift work.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in related subject i.e. Supply Chain Management, Information Science, Engineering etc. preferred
-Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an international company, semiconductor industry is preferred
-A tactical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills

1. Working with Customer Development team, Engineer and factory sample room technical team to develop the product to meet Design Requirement within the co-operate timeline.
2. Daily communication with Customer and factory team to ensure product meets design requirement in aesthetic by obtaining the approval.
3. Partner with engineering team to maintain the high quality of product.
4. Meet the co-operate timeline thru sample schedule follow up to production, report on the timely basis.
5. Supporting and getting sample approval at different stage of sampling based on the product information from customer and engineers throughout the development to commercialization process. (e.g. confirmation samples)
6. Follow up the production schedule; work with planning team to ensure ship the finished goods on time.
7. Maintaining information accuracy, sharing information between cross functions for ensuring the product correctness.
8. Updating system to status report is a must.
