Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented Firmware Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of embedded systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in low-level programming, microcontroller architectures, and optimizing system performance. You will work closely with hardware engineers and software developers to design, develop, and maintain firmware for various devices.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize firmware for embedded systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Write efficient, low-level code in C/C++ for microcontrollers and processors.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to define system requirements and integration strategies.
• Debug and troubleshoot firmware issues using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and debuggers.
• Implement communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, etc.).
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in embedded systems development.
Job Responsibilities|工作內容:
• Operate SMT production equipment including solder paste printers, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens
操作SMT生產設備,包括錫膏印刷機、貼片機與迴焊爐
• Perform basic machine setup, changeover, and parameter adjustments under supervision
在主管指導下進行設備基本設定、換線與參數調整
• Conduct visual inspection and assist with AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) operations
執行目視檢查並協助AOI自動光學檢測作業
• Monitor production line status and report abnormalities to technicians or engineers
監控生產線狀況,並回報異常給技術員或工程師
• Handle materials loading/unloading and ensure correct component placement
負責物料上下料,並確保元件正確放置
• Maintain cleanliness and ESD safety in the work area
維持工作區清潔並遵守靜電防護規範
• Complete production records and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
填寫生產紀錄並遵守標準作業程序
•Lead industrial and mechanical design of camera modules including IR Camera Thermal, LiDAR, LRF, and Gimbal systems
•Collaborate with optical, electrical, and firmware teams to ensure structural integrity and manufacturability
•Develop 3D CAD models and mechanical drawings for prototyping and production
•Conduct thermal, vibration, and stress analysis for reliability assurance
•Support integration of modules into drone or robotics platforms
Focus: Mechanical design, integration, and testing of camera modules.
