NZXT is seeking a highly motivated Thermal Engineer to help develop best in class, innovative cooling solutions for Desktop, mobile and wearable systems. The role involves architecture, design, analysis, prototyping and validation of cooling solutions. The position requires working closely with cross-functional teams as well as external suppliers. We need a creative thinker who can solve complex and challenging problems both independently as well as within a team environment. This position involves working in a dynamic and fast-pace environment with tight timing and dynamic constraints.
【Responsibilities】
• Responsible for Desktop and peripheral products thermal design
• Design air/air and liquid/air cooling solution for consumer electronics
• Define thermal policy and control algorithms and characterize system response
• Develop analytical models of conductive and convective thermal systems
• Drive component selection (Heat Exchanger, Fan, Pump, TIM etc…)
• Optimize cooling solutions for all aspects of their performance and reliability
• Develop validation test plans for thermal components to determine if they meet design requirements
• Conduct tests, post-processing data, and communicating results to stakeholders
• Review and maintain DFMEA, and test standards for the thermal system
• Drive development programs with both internal and external engineering teams

This is a full-time role located in the Greater Sydney Area. The Marketing Executive will support QNAP’s brand localization and marketing execution across Australia and New Zealand. This role is responsible for coordinating local campaigns, managing digital presence, and enabling partner marketing activities. It serves as a critical bridge between global strategy and local execution, helping QNAP grow visibility and engagement in the ANZ region.
【Key Responsibilities】
1. Campaign & Event Coordination
-Assist in planning and executing local marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and QNAP World Tour events.

-Track campaign performance and compile post-event reports.
2. Digital & Social Media Management
-Manage QNAP ANZ's social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
-Support paid media execution and performance tracking.
-Maintain localized content calendar and ensure brand consistency.
3. Content Localization & Collateral Development
-Adapt HQ materials into ANZ-relevant formats (solution briefs, datasheets, pitch decks).
-Create localized battle cards and technical sales assets for partner enablement.
-Support translation and formatting of product launch materials.
4. Partner Marketing Support
-Assist channel partners with co-branded campaigns, EDMs, and promotional assets.
-Coordinate MDF (Marketing Development Fund) usage and reporting.
-Maintain partner marketing toolkit and update regularly.
5. Reporting & Coordination
-Compile monthly marketing performance reports (traffic, engagement, campaign ROI).
-Liaise with HQ marketing team to align on GTM timelines and product messaging.

1.Works directly with sales, service and customers on specific pre-sale and post-sale product and process application issues. Assists sales engineer and customer in evaluating feasibility and alternatives utilizing UIC products.
2.Reviews customer´s circuit board design, related manufacturing processes, required production capacities and identifies projected production savings based upon use of proposed equipment. Prepares and reviews with sales and customer competitive analysis information and prepares production capability and financial ROI analysis to assist sales and customer with capital equipment justification.
3.Assists in defining market needs for new products features and enhancements. Provides valuable input for the development of new equipment specifications and product performance requirements.
4.Evaluates prospective new applications, obtain all relevant information and specifications from the potential customer, identifies suggestions, determines estimate of work required to achieve results, and determines feasibility of an application for UIC´s equipment.
5.Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of the technical specifications and capabilities of UIC products.
6.Assists/supports field engineers and customers via telephone, FAX, email, or correspondence to resolve mechanical, pneumatic, electrical and software problems associated with the operation, programming, troubleshooting and maintenance of UIC products.
7.Analyzes reports of technical problems to identify trends affecting future design, production, service and maintenance processes; may recommend design or process modifications to avoid future problems.
8.Communicates regularly with technical specialists, product teams and central engineering in Binghamton regarding outstanding field issues. Provides recommendations for solutions to field product issues.
9.Visits customer sites to either collect data on improvements to UIC products, gain feedback from customer on outstanding product issues, assist field engineering, or to provide technical assistance or training.
10.Maintains up-to-date product documentation on assigned products. Responsible for keeping abreast of product improvements for problem resolutions and technical details of new product introductions. Communicates information to sales and field organization.
Customer Engagement & Support
•Serve as the primary technical contact for customers evaluating and deploying cooling hardware.
•Support sales teams with technical presentations, solution proposals, and design-in consultations.
•Translate customer requirements into actionable feedback for engineering teams in Asia.
Collaboration with Global Engineering
•Work closely with mechanical and thermal engineers in Asia on product customization, validation, and troubleshooting.
•Communicate customer feedback, feature requests, and field issues to R&D teams for continuous improvement.
•Participate in joint technical reviews and coordinate time-zone–sensitive communications between customers and Asia engineering.
Technical Expertise in Thermal Management
•Guide customers through selection, design, and integration of cooling hardware (e.g., cold plates, liquid cooling loops, heat exchangers, manifolds, pumps).
•Provide thermal simulations, design reviews, and best-practice recommendations for efficient cooling.
•Support validation testing and ensure solutions meet customer reliability requirements.
Pre-Sales & Design-In Activities
•Drive design wins by supporting customers in concept evaluation, prototype testing, and qualification phases.
•Provide technical training and workshops for customers and channel partners.
•Develop customer-facing technical documentation (datasheets, application notes, integration guides).
Post-Sales & Troubleshooting
•Support deployments and system validation at customer sites.
•Troubleshoot thermal, mechanical, or integration issues and escalate as needed to Asia engineering.
•Ensure smooth product ramp-up and provide ongoing technical support.
