Qualifications:
1.5-7 years of commercial real estate experience, with focus on office leasing
2.Proven track record of successful transaction execution
3.Strong understanding of office market dynamics and trends
4.Excellent negotiation and communication skills
5.Analytical aptitude with ability to interpret market data
6.Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field
7.Real estate license (as required by location)
8.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
9.Fluency in English and Mandarin required

Responsibilities
-Manage and oversee the real-estate valuation vendor management process for the -Consumer Banking Risk Management Group, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
-Conduct due diligence and risk assessments on real-estate valuation vendors, monitoring their performance and addressing any issues or concerns
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with real-estate valuation vendor relationships
-Develop and implement strategies to optimize real-estate valuation vendor relationships, drive cost efficiencies, and enhance service delivery
-Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting on real-estate valuation vendor management activities
-Provide subject matter expertise and advisory support to the Consumer Banking Risk Management team on real-estate valuation vendor-related matters
