Job Description:
As an International Brand Channel Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key partners in our global network of distributors and System Integrator.
You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to develop and execute sales strategies that increase revenue and market share for our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Develop and maintain relationships with key partners in our global network of partner
2) Drive sales growth by developing and executing sales strategies that align with business goals
3)Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency and develop effective promotional campaigns
4)Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth
5)Forecast sales and inventory needs and communicate these needs to internal stakeholders
6)Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with partners
1.Drive global market development and cross-regional strategies through comprehensive market and product research.
2.Apply logical thinking and investigative skills to identify key decision-makers for the target customers.
3.Proactively handle cold calling with a resilient and focused mindset.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Forecast Management - Review customer forecast for advance pipeline to ensure safety buffer stock and pipeline level.
• Order Management - Review backlog and shortage reports to assure uninterrupted supply of inventory. Monitor and manage of rescheduling & validate demand.
• Inventory Management - Monitor and manage over inventory parts and shortage parts.
What We Are Looking For
• Diploma or Degree in any fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service (order management), production planning or material planning role.
• Possess good communication and negotiation skills, with ability to deal with cross-functional teams internally and externally (customers and suppliers).
• Proficient with Microsoft office software’s, especially for Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, added advantage to have knowledge/experience in Macro).
• Independent and proactive, ability to complete work under moderate supervision.
• Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data.
• Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions.
