• Manage company's imports and exports activities
• Communicate with Vendor / Customer'
• To ensure that the incoming shipment are handled and stored properly
• Maintain relationship with shipping companies, CO-LOADERS, customs brokers and trailer
• Arrange cargo(incl. D.G. & Non-D.G.)
• Daily e-mail communications with overseas offices/agents
• To undertake any other associated tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time
• Familiar with ERP or SAP system
• Create document and Tax Invoice to Shipper
1. Product Management:
-Maintain knowledge of the company’s products and services.
-Assist in preparing promotional materials, product presentations, sample inspection&delivery
2. Order Management:
-Process purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
-Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
3. Customer Support:
-Assist in handling customer inquiries and providing prompt responses.
-Maintain excellent relationships with clients and address their needs.
4. Administrative Tasks:
-Prepare and maintain sales reports, client databases, and records, sales-related documentation.
5. Other Tasks:
-Handle any additional duties assigned by the manager.
