Summary:
To promote DS Equipment products within the assigned territories and achieve sales target. DS Equipment products include but are not limited to CAD/CAM, digital intra-oral, panoramic and 3D imaging system, dental treatment center , hand pieces, hygiene systems. This is a new product team with great chance to grow in this market.
Responsibilities:
1) present and promote DS product portfolio to prospective, existing clients for market share enhancement.
2) make business development to explore new clients for wider selling opportunities.
3) guide and engage clients for long-term and end-to-end purchase on DS products.
4) provide quality service to support clients use DS products properly.
5) bring in market information and competitor status.
6) achieving assigned sales target on required time frame and can provide strategic plan to promote DS products.
7) prepare needed contracts and documents to close selling process and inform associated function internally on product delivery.
8) maintain and keep client profiles up to date.
Qualifications:
1) bachelor degree, majoring dental or similar subjects is preferred.
2) at least 3+ yrs or above sales experiences in medical device.
3) same industry with similar product selling experiences highly preferred.
4) outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
5) strong working ethics and resilience.
6) flexibility to travel.
About this opportunity
The Clinical Consultant is responsible for offering Treatment Planning Service (TPS) so as to guide doctors on ClinCheck treatment plan set up and explain about it with expertise. This role is to build Invisalign providers’ clinical confidence and competencies by demonstrating the clinical application through giving guidance and support to doctors’ own cases.
In this role, you will…
• Address any questions or concerns of the Customers related to the features and applicability of ClinCheck software and ClinCheck treatment plans as provided on the Invisalign Doctor Site (IDS).
• Assist Customers with new functions related to ClinCheck including the latest ClinCheck software, and any other update or new release of the foregoing Invisalign treatment planning software from time to time and other associated services.
• Assist Customers to assess case and provide guidance on case suitability.
• Review and advise on ClinCheck plan to have a more predictable set up
• Be a core member of projects for treatment planning, clinical support model projects or any other projects that require product or clinical input.
• Engage and influence cross-functional teams to deliver an excellent clinical customer experience for all Invisalign providers.
• Drive efficiency and effectiveness through all Clinical processes.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals where applicable
• Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to manager and/or Human Resources
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team

In this role, you’ll need …
• Graduate of Doctor of Dental University, Bachelor Dental school (Must have)
• With Invisalign patient treatment planning and management at clinic or working in a corporate environment would be a plus.
• At least 2 years of Invisalign patient treatment planning and management at clinic
• Good technical knowledge and experience in dental
• Experience in training dentists/orthodontists
• Proficient in English
• Effective communication and presentation skill
• Regular business hours. Some outside hours in evenings and weekends, and travelling may be required from time to time

【Job Scope】
(1) Install & maintain all CT modality equipment in the assigned area.
(2) Perform CT IBs’ trouble-shooting on complex multi-symptom problems.
(3) Maintain daily interface with doctors and technicians on equipment status issues, to ensure satisfaction of
primary customers.
(4) Assist in Account Manager/SVC Manager visits, help train others where necessary, and identify Sales
opportunities and communicate them to AM team.
(5) Assist in the growth and direction of business in geographic area.
(6) Responsible for Warranty and PMS contract cost control.
(7) Responsibly complete all administration tasks on time (e.g., ensure timely completion of FMI’s and PMS
inspections documentation for assigned accounts).
(8) Share best practices.
(9) Maintain effective quality systems and programs compliant with ISO 9001 / 13485 standard, according to the GE

Role Purpose:
The role is responsible for providing product application solution, offering professional product technical support to customer and conveying RS value propositions.
