- Ensures proper flow of office procedures, and supports managers by carrying out common office duties
- Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
- Assists in planning and arranging events, including organizing catering
- Handles expenses and billing cycles
- Manages workstation allocation and looks after visitors
- Answer phone calls and transfers them as necessary
- Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed
- Manages outgoing post and records data on deliveries
- Ad hoc tasks requested by managers
