SEO MARKETING
Responsibilities:
* On-page & Off-page SEO Optimisation work
* Conduct SEO website audit for different websites
* Implement SEO work according to proposal
* Maintain and edit with familiar CMS platform (Wordpress, Shopify, Wix)
* Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research
* Write clean, smart and maintainable code and do code reviews
* Extract monthly SEO report, state out changes & improvement
Requirements:
* Knowledge and Experience in SEO is a MUST
* Experienced in familiar CMS platform (Wordpress, Shopify, Wix)
* Experienced in familiar Wordpress Page Builder - Elementor
* Experienced in familiar Wordpress SEO Plugin - Rankmath
* Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, Keyword Planner, SEO related excel/Google sheets functions.
* Familiar with HTML5 and CSS
* Familiar with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Search Console
* Familiar with UI & UX is a plus

- AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) system providers
- Direct enterprise accounts in industrial sectors
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to develop new business opportunities in the industrial automation sector. Leveraging your industry background, professional network, and deal-closing ability, you will introduce and promote our scanning solutions to potential partners and enterprise customers for potential projects opportunities in the global market.
This is a commission-based role, ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships and converting opportunities into successful deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers through your existing network and market knowledge.
- Explore business opportunities with system integrators, equipment manufacturers, and enterprise clients.
- Present product solutions and demonstrate their value in industrial automation applications.
- Drive deal negotiations and follow up until closure.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide market feedback to support product positioning and business strategy.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in business development or outside sales, preferably in industrial automation (IPC, AOI, machine vision, or related).
- Network: Established connections with target customers or related industries.
- Sales Ability: Proven capability to close deals and deliver results through direct customer engagement.
- Education: Engineering or technical degree preferred, but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Personality: Self-driven, result-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Compensation: 100% commission-based, high earning potential based on deal success.

The Sales Development Associate is responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails for Malaysia market.
【Responsibilities】
- Executing prospect attack campaigns (e.g. cold-calling, email, social media...etc.) to target white space opportunities to generate net new clients.
- Partner with our experienced Business Development and Enterprise Solutions Sales to help qualify the opportunities (inbound and outbound), fill their pipeline, and closure
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in Appier product suites
- Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth market research to expand and manage the database of prospects within assigned territory to inform attacking strategy
- Using tools and technologies to improve process efficiency and periodically reviewing and updating our customer relationship management (CRM) system, Salesforce.
