1. Act as a communication liaison with visitors (internal and external).
2. Collaborate with site CA team along with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with organizational goals.
3. Create, edit, and produce various communication materials, such as site newsletters, emails, social media posts, slides, presentations, videos, and news articles submitted on behalf of the site.
4. Partner with the site corporate communication and/or corporate branding as needed.
5. Utilize communication technologies and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of communication initiatives.
6. Ensure all activities are in line with group compliance, regulatory and corporate discretion and considerations.
7. Conceptualize, manage, and coordinate planning and execution of events, conferences, business forums and any other stakeholder engagement/publicity initiatives.
8. Implement crisis management strategies and provide advice and support including owning and refining the crisis communication process and resources.
9. This position may support a manufacturing plant and requires an on-site presence.
