Job description :
Candidate who specializing in Broadcasting/Pro AV tier 1 customer projects will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of projects. This role demands a deep understanding of the specialized business culture, communication norms, and project management methodologies to effectively liaise between the Advantech and customers, ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities of the role:
1. Project Planning and Coordination:
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Coordinate project activities, resources, and deliverables to ensure alignment with customer requirements and expectations.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships and managing communications effectively.
Facilitate regular meetings, updates, and status reports to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Risk Management and Issue Resolution:
Proactively identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Promptly address challenges and concerns raised by customers, leveraging cross-cultural competence to navigate and resolve conflicts effectively.
4. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations in terms of quality, performance, and compliance with contractual agreements.
Conduct regular assessments and audits to verify adherence to project specifications and standards.
5. Continuous Improvement:
Collect feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and service enhancement.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline project workflows, increase efficiency, and maximize customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree or certification in Project Management is a plus.
2. Proven experience (3 years at least) in OEM/ODM project management roles, with a focus on managing projects for Broadcasting/Pro AV tier 1 customers
3. Fluency in English language (written and spoken) is essential
4. Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively across diverse cultural backgrounds.
5. Demonstrated proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, MS project, etc.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a track record of successfully navigating complex challenges and delivering results in high-pressure environments.
