Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. The HR Manager will lead, direct, and manage the day-to-day Human Resources activities for Salcomp India. The HR Manager will provide oversight and guidance to the development and monitoring of processes related to recruitment and retention, compliance, compensation, benefits, training and development, and overall employee relations.
Responsibilities:
1) Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
2) Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
3) Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
4) Manage the recruitment and selection process.
5) Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
6) Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
7) Oversee and manage a training and development program.
8) Nurture a positive working environment.
9) Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
10) Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Requirements:
1) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
2) Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
3) People-oriented and results-driven.
4) Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
5) Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
6) Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

【Job Purpose】
Manage the branch’s information technology systems and coordinate between the branch, head office IT, and third party service providers to facilitate continued operation of the branch’s banking services.
【Job Responsibilities】
1. For the Core Banking System and other application systems with servers located in Taiwan:
• Collect information regarding application issues and report to head office IT.
• Keep track of issue progress and assist branch employees in ensuring that issues are resolved.
2. For servers and application systems located on-site in India
• Servers:
- Maintain hardware and software for Windows and Linux servers
- Manage contracts with third party vendors
- Monitor for issues and report issues to vendors
- Perform vulnerability patching for servers
- Perform other related server maintenance tasks as required
• Application systems:
- Manage network domains, backups, and information security
- Perform vulnerability patching for application systems
- Perform regular housekeeping and maintenance tasks as required
3. Perform basic troubleshooting for network/telecom equipment and employee computers.
4. Coordinate with head office IT to support operational continuity.
• Conduct disaster recovery drills and related exercises.
• Implement and manage backup and redundancy systems.
• Respond to service interruptions and perform restoration and recovery as needed.
