Conduct competitive research and market observation to identify user needs and guide product improvements.
1. Support the planning and management of the product roadmap and backlog to ensure alignment with business priorities.
2. Work with UX/UI designers to create user stories, mockups, and prototypes to communicate product requirements and business context.
3. Assist in facilitating Scrum and agile processes to promote collaboration and transparency.
4. Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to track progress and resolve issues.
5. Maintain detailed project plans and delivery workflows to ensure timely execution.
6. Evangelize product vision and promote a user-centric, product-led culture across the team.
7. Contribute product ideas and participate in user interviews and product optimisation discussions.
8. Basic understanding of software development concepts and programming languages (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python) to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.
9. Able to translate business needs into technical requirements, and work closely with engineers to drive product execution.
10. Familiarity with web technologies and APIs; while not expected to code, you should feel comfortable discussing technical trade-offs with developers.
