The equipment includes piping liquid controls, brewing equipment, utilities equipment and packaging equipment. Regarding production equipment which integrated by motor’ application & controls apparatus, therefore, the PLC basic troubleshooting skill would be required, and able to be electrician with mechanical repairing etc. - Electrical, Mechanical or Information engineering, Bachelor above. - 3 years experiences in the electrical control or Automation field. - Knowledge of mechanical technologies/ integration. - PLC programming & troubleshooting. - Fluent English would be preferable. - Must be open-minded as a great team player. - Requires to be Role model & empathy. - Shifting supports or weekend coverage - Good if understand: electrical diagram drawing, AutoCad, SCADA/ HMI programming, P&ID drawing.

PURPOSE OF JOB: Planning teams takes care of a reliable forecast and efficient S&OP processes. The outcome is to speed up the decision-making processes and business planning within Sales and Marketing. This has direct influence on the upper service levels and lower provisions. The important KPI’s for Demand Planning are Forecasting and Punctuality. The purpose is to continuously improve those KPI’s in order to minimalize Out of Stock and write off. MAJOR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Drive consensus weekly/monthly demand plan process with commercial team to ensure the forecast reflect the realistic demand. • Generate and update demand plans, combining statistical and commercial forecast (including NPI’s, promotions and events) in cooperation with Commercial and relevant stakeholders. • When needed challenge the Commercial plans and assumptions based on historic performance. • Collaborate with APAC Planning Hub to create and improve statistical forecast models. • Monitor and analyze the demand planning KPI’s (FA/FB). Drive improvement opportunities.
