- Manage the planning and implementation of Key People Initiatives based on current and future business needs, primarily in Talent Management and Organizational Development, as well as all associated administrative duties
- Collaborate with HRBP / Business leaders to drive annual talent review, performance cycle, employee engagement surveys, and other OD projects, including setting guidelines and frameworks, analyzing data, and reporting key metrics
- Analyze people-related data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Serve as a business analyst to consolidate data and share meaningful insights with stakeholders, propose evidence-based solutions as needed on an ongoing basis
- Act as a liaison between COE, HRBP, and business teams to ensure alignment on priorities and enable effective cross-function collaboration
