As a Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our accounting activities, ensuring they align seamlessly with organizational policies and both local and international accounting standards. Your proficiency in the full set of accounts will be instrumental in maintaining the precision of compliance and reporting both financial statements and consolidated accounts. Responsibilities 1. Be the Financial Navigator: Perform daily accounting entries and manage finance-related tasks (AP/AR/GL). 2. Month-End Maestro: Play a key role in month-end closing procedures and prepare comprehensive monthly reporting packages. 3. Asset Guru: Efficiently manage fixed assets for entities and subsidiaries. 4. Tax and Finance Maestro: Assume responsibility for the financial and tax matters of subsidiaries during the initial phase. 5. Accuracy Advocate: Coordinate account reconciliations and ensure the utmost precision in financial statements. 6. Innovate and Elevate: Support project implementation for system automation, reporting, and process optimization. 7. Guardian of Compliance: Assist with internal and external audits to maintain regulatory compliance. 8. Global Finance Business Partner: Collaborate closely with upper management, including COOs, and multinational stakeholders worldwide, becoming a true finance business partner, and contributing to global financial strategies. Qualifications 1. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or a related field. - Prior experience in an audit firm is highly desirable. 2. Seasoned Professional: A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Accounting/Finance. 3. Master of the Financial Trio: Proficient in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations. 4. Financial Virtuoso: A thorough understanding of banking operations, local taxation, and reconciliations. 5. Excel Wizard: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting. 6. Startup Enthusiast: Preferred experience working with start-ups, software, or service providers. 7. About the Role As the IT Infrastructure & Operation Lead, you will take ownership of the company’s core IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, enterprise systems, and cybersecurity operations. In this role, you will work closely with the COO as a strategic partner, helping to shape the company’s growth and operational efficiency. This is not a managerial position, but rather a high-impact Individual Contributor (IC) role. You will drive IT operations end-to-end from daily service delivery and vendor management to long-term infrastructure planning and security strategy, ensuring scalability, compliance, and business continuity. Key Responsibilities Infrastructure & Network Management - Design, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN, wireless networks, etc.). - Monitor and optimize system and network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability. - Manage cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) with a focus on scalability and cost efficiency. Cybersecurity & Compliance - Develop and enforce IT security policies, including identity access management, endpoint protection, and data encryption. - Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and incident response. System Administration - Manage enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, collaboration tools, and virtualization platforms. - Maintain backup solutions, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity strategies. Project & Vendor Management - Support IT-related projects, including domain management, GWS mailbox administration, and website management. - Assist in evaluating technical solutions, vendor negotiations, and contract management. IT Operations & Help Desk - Provide technical support for Windows and macOS environments, handling user incidents and service requests. - Establish and implement IT service management (ITSM) processes, including incident management, problem management and change management.
