We’re looking for a UI/UX designer with both creativity and logic to join us in reimagining how people move. - Your Role & Responsibilities You’ll participate in the entire design process — from user research to prototyping and testing, including: • Collaborating with product and engineering teams to shape interfaces and flows for our Web/App platforms • Identifying user needs and creating personas, journey maps, flowcharts, and interactive prototypes • Translating brand language into visually consistent, emotionally engaging designs • Enhancing existing features to improve usability and visual quality • Applying data and research insights to refine designs that reflect real-world use cases • Maintaining and evolving our Design System to ensure cohesion with development - What We’re Looking For • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design and familiarity with end-to-end product design (Of course, if you’re exceptionally talented and your creativity shakes the heavens — we also welcome fresh graduates to apply!) • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD • Understanding of design systems and the ability to create and manage reusable components • Experience with wireframing and prototyping techniques • Hands-on experience with user research, interviews, A/B testing, and data analysis • Strong communication skills to articulate design ideas with PMs and engineers • A sense for journeys, motion, and mobility — and a desire to understand what users truly need - Bonus Points • Experience designing mobile interfaces (iOS / Android) • Skills in branding, motion graphics, or illustration • Familiarity with HTML/CSS or frontend processes for better collaboration with developers • Background in SaaS, mobility tech, payments, or travel-related products - What we’re designing isn’t just a user interface — it’s a series of trusted, human-centered experiences in motion.
