【About this role】
TONX 目前正在重要的技術發展階段，我們的目標是從零到一打造一套可複用、高效率的後端 Monorepo 平台，作為下一代 Web3 產品的技術基礎。
我們正在尋找一位資深夥伴加入團隊，深度參與核心模組開發並負責架構設計。在這個角色中，你的技術決策將直接影響產品未來方向，同時帶領團隊提升整體開發效率。

【Responsibilities】
➤ 主導 Monorepo 與微服務架構設計，建立可擴展的開發基礎
➤ 使用 Golang 開發核心後端服務，提供高品質的 REST/gRPC API
➤ 設計核心業務邏輯與資料流程，確保系統穩定性與效能
➤ 負責資料庫設計與查詢優化（PostgreSQL、MySQL、Redis）
➤ 整合訊息佇列系統（Kafka）處理分散式通訊
➤ 建立測試策略與 CI/CD 流程，確保程式碼品質
➤ 可配合 oncall 監控系統效能並解決複雜的後端問題
【What we'd love to see】
➤ 5 年以上後端或全端開發經驗，具備大型系統架構設計與實作經驗
➤ 精通 Golang，熟悉其併發特性與生態系
➤ 具備微服務拆分、服務間通訊、分散式系統設計經驗
➤ 熟悉 gRPC、REST API 設計與實踐
➤ 具備訊息佇列（Kafka、RabbitMQ）應用經驗
➤ 豐富的資料庫設計與效能調優經驗
➤ 熟悉 CI/CD 流程與自動化部署
➤ 熟悉 Docker 容器化開發與部署
➤ 有雲端平台經驗（AWS/ GCP/ Azure）
➤ 重視乾淨、可維護的程式品質，能透過 Code Review 建立並引導團隊開發規範
【Nice to Have】
➤ Monorepo 工具實務經驗（Nx、Turborepo、Bazel）
➤ Kubernetes 進階應用經驗
➤ 具備 Infrastructure as Code 經驗（Terraform）
➤ 監控工具使用經驗（Prometheus、Grafana）
➤ 開源專案貢獻或技術文章撰寫經驗
