We are looking for a [Automation Engineer] with strong experience in system automation and field implementation. This role involves hands-on project support, cross-functional coordination, and system integration across diverse technical environments.
What You'll Do
System Integration: Support the implementation of control and automation systems into complex equipment environments, ensuring seamless interaction with existing electrical and mechanical components.
Diagnostics & Optimization: Execute system testing, identify root causes of malfunctions, and apply technical fixes to ensure operational stability.
Life cycle Support: Perform periodic reviews and upgrades of automated systems to optimize performance and long-term reliability.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with internal engineering teams and client-side stakeholders to align technical deliverable and field operations.
Regulatory Adherence & Reporting: Ensure all system modifications and deployments comply with applicable standards, with clear documentation for internal and external use.
Training & Technical Guidance: Act as a technical resource for on-site personnel, providing training and support as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
• Proficient in both spoken and written English, with strong communication skills across teams and stakeholders
• Familiar with Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and daily coordination
• Solid understanding of automation systems and electrical principles in industrial environments
• Technical diploma or above in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related disciplines)
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in system automation, controls, or field-based engineering work
