Job Title: Senior HR Generalist
Direct Report to: PMS Asia HR Manager
Location: Hsinchu, Taiwan
Job Summary
This role is a HRBP role, which has a wide range for responsibilities related to HR, responsible for delivering HR service and deploying HR initiatives within own perimeter under guidance. He or She is acting as an interface with Spectris Host team to facilitate Recruitment, On boarding, HR Training, Payroll activities in PMS presence in Asia. The person will be responsible for data management in HR platforms in an accurate and timely manner.
What will you do? (Responsibilities)
1. Collaborate with Spectris Host and local team to facilitate efficient recruiting, on boarding and training locally.
2. Support Asia HR Manager to prepare different kinds of reports to track and monitor the workforce, productivity and engagement related metrics.
3. Support Asia HR manager to Work with finance team and GM for each country to facilitate the quarterly sales commission payout;
4. Deploy key HR initiatives under supervision, i,e competency program, trainings,,etc.
5. Manage all the data in an accurate and timely manner via HR platforms, such as Workday, SharePoint and kinds of reports.
6. Other tasks assigned.
What do we expect from you?
1. 5+ years of experience in HR generalist role with proven track record; Strong understanding of one or two HR modules including talent acquisition, learning and development or compensation.
2. High level of self-motivation; Quick learner; Analytical and able to manage multiple tasks and can work under pressure.
3. Workable English.
4. Experts in excel/PPT.
5. Japanese/Korean language capabilities would be a plus.
6. Experience in PBI or other advanced tool which can be leveraged in data management.
7. Experience in competency model in different domain of expertise (sales, engineering, etc)
