Job Scope 1. Develop Life Science Business in Taiwan and execute Life Science business initiatives for Key Accounts in Taiwan. 2. Build multi-layer customer relationship by leveraging company resources to maximize customer satisfaction 3. Follow all opportunities from Customer CAPEX and OPEX. Educate customers on new products and product enhancements. Effectively communicate and negotiate sales contracts with customers. 4. Analyze and interpret key financial result from Key Account, such as order, revenue, AR and forecasting 5. Co-work with life sciences segment sales leader and life science marketing manager to prepare key account plan with clear sales projection and growth initiatives. 6. Co-work with service manager to provide customized offer to key account customer to achieve improving gross margin. 7. Non-Key Account Opportunity Follow-up - Follow diffuse end users, EPC and system integrator assigned by line managers. - Actively exploit and develop potential customer from new segment, such as Cell Therapy, Gene Therapy, Hospital and Food & Beverage segment. - Effectively communicate and negotiate sales contracts with customers. Educate customers on new products and product enhancements. Accurately articulate and present product features and benefits and deliver PMS professional image. - Analyze and interpret key financial result from Non-KA opportunities, such as order, revenue, AR and forecasting. 8. Facilitate Other Functional Teams - Support offer marketing team on voice-of-customer collection and business survey. - Support Marcom team on account or territory promotion event. Location: North of Taichung (Hsinchu, Taipei, etc) Qualification Must have 1. Bachelor or above degree, a candidate with pharma background is a priority. 2. At least 3 years proven experience as sales, consumable sales experience or instruments sales experience in pharmaceutical industry are highly appreciated. 3. Good presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills. 4. Excellent communication skills to deal with scientific discussion with customers. 5. Good English communications in both oral and written. 6. Good data analysis and biz planning skills. 7. High energy, team player and capability of working under pressure. 8. Self-motivated, initiative, open-minded, good-learner and detail-oriented Nice to have 1. Miller Heiman or similar professional Sales Knowledge (SS/CS) 2. New Segment/Account Development 3. Familiar with pharmaceutical process and international & national regulations

This role will be in full charge division strategy execution in tsmc (assigned fabs) and drive the achievement of individual objectives. What will you do? (Responsibilities) 1. Deploy & execute tsmc sales strategy and business roadmap and ensure the achievement of KPI in assigned tsmc fabs. (incl. topline growth, reporting, system maintenance etc..) 2. Proactively promote strategical offering in customer site and drive sustainable business growth with collaboration with application team. 3. Build multi-layer customer relationships by leveraging company resources (incl. collaboration with service team) to maximize customer satisfaction. 4. Support tsmc GAM to analyze and interpret market intelligence and key financial results from tsmc, such as order, revenue, AR and forecasting. What do we expect from you? • Must have 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher. 2. Average level of English in both oral and writing. 3. More than 3 years' experience in key account management in the Semiconductor industry. (We want to prioritize tsmc experience.) 4. Track records in successfully selling new offering/solutions in strategic key account. 5. Result driven, self-motivated and resilient. • Nice to have 5. Solid business record with tsmc. 6. Good knowledge of M&H sales methodology.
