Your responsibilities: • Build and maintain a professional talent database • Proactively source and evaluate potential candidates while tracking market trends • Analyze and understand client hiring needs • Recommend the most suitable candidates based on client requirements • Collaborate with senior consultants and team leaders to complete high-level recruitment projects We're looking for someone who: • Has strong logical thinking and communication skills • Can work under pressure, is results-driven and highly efficient • Demonstrates integrity and takes initiative • Is capable of independent thinking and enjoys teamwork • Is proficient in basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Possesses basic English ability (for daily communication and reading job descriptions) Bonus points if you have: • Experience in headhunting or sales
