The IT Security Manager is responsible for updating / implementing IT management processes according to internal and external requirements. In addition, for any IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance related topics / issues, he/she provides advice to internal employees. The key goals and objectives include:
1. Set up internal control and risk management framework based on internal (VWFS Overseas) and local Taiwan regulations.
2. Ensure that local regulators and internal stakeholders receive necessary IT compliance information about VWFS Taiwan.
3. Provide risk / compliance related services (such as training, awareness information, etc.) to all VWFS Taiwan employees.

This position supports all basic IT operations and infrastructure-related tasks for all internal customers based on global guidelines and other relevant local regulations/standards.
1. This position ensures all IT Operations tasks are maintained and optimized, in storage, networking, hardware, telephone system and backup solutions, and follow all required regulations and standards (both internal and external).
2. This position ensures all IT assets/license/service purchasing, management and distribution follow all internal guidelines and standards.
3. This position ensures efficient office automation system support and IT system training (Windows and M365 software, telephone system usage, AV devices, office automation system etc.).
4. This position ensures proper IT system user management, including AD.

- Daily monitor the cash position and manage/prepare cash flow forecast and funding plan
- Closely co-work with regional treasury hub on funding management, in charge of funding cost control
- Assist in preparation of monthly funding plan, relevant analysis and regular reports
- Act as the main local contact for bank facility and document change/renewal arrangement, assist in daily payments, fund transfer, and bank partnership matters
- Assist in internal system operation
- Responsible for portfolio/forecast analysis, funding mix simulation, management of fee business, reconcile sales data with front-end office

- Negotiate and manage reinsurance agreements, including discussions with reinsurers.
- 協商及管理再保險協議，包括與再保險公司進行討論
- Handle commission negotiations and claims recoveries under reinsurance treaties.
- 處理再保險契約下的佣金談判與理賠追償事宜
- Coordinate the operational processes related to reinsurance, including billing, reporting, and documentation.
