1. Contribute to IKEA’s growth goals by creating and managing web and app content, as well as the optimization process across IKEA North Asia’s digital touchpoints—from concept to publication—throughout the customer journey, both online and offline.
2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the web and app as vital and effective online retail channels.
3. Support the Sales and Commercial teams in executing sales steering and web merchandising tactics to drive business growth.
Key assignments:
1. Strategize and implement content frameworks that align with brand guidelines, establishing comprehensive standards for visual identity, tone of voice, and content quality. Through this, contribute to an optimal customer journey across digital touchpoints.
2. Develop and maintain content calendars and milestone-based schedules, implementing robust tracking systems to manage deadlines effectively for IKEA Taiwan and Hong Kong.
3. Act as a super user of the content management system, managing and controlling web content based on agreed principles. Share “how-to” guides and editing tips with other functions to ensure consistency and efficiency.
4. Manage range-related content on the IKEA website and app by coordinating ongoing updates such as localization and editing processes with the eCommerce team. Ensure accurate and consistent information to strengthen range presence.
5. Lead data-driven content optimization using analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Crazy Egg), synthesizing insights to develop strategic content improvements and actionable plans for IKEA Taiwan and Hong Kong.
6. Create local pages by identifying stakeholder needs and planning content based on the commercial calendar, eCommerce priorities, and online customer behavior.
7. Produce SEO-friendly web and app content, evaluating user experience across different devices to ensure a smooth and engaging browsing experience for IKEA North Asia.
8. Enhance locally relevant content on web and app platforms to optimize the online customer journey and improve engagement.
9. Design and implement post-purchase content frameworks, collaborating closely with customer experience, store, and sales teams to deliver simple, clear, and accurate information to customers in Taiwan and Hong Kong.
10. Improve IKEA North Asia’s web commerciality by researching and applying best practices from IKEA global and other leading online retailers.
