閱讀、製作技術文件 維運現有後端系統，找出並解決系統錯誤 持續優化後端系統效能，包含API與資料庫 與前端人員合作，收集各部門需求並開發新功能 開發 iOS 或 Android 的工程師，其核心工作是使用特定技術框架，撰寫程式碼。 跨平台開發與維護： 使用 Flutter、React Native 等框架開發及維護 APP，確保在 iOS 和 Android 雙平台上擁有一致且流暢的使用者體驗。 原生功能串接： 處理跨平台框架無法直接支援的原生功能，例如特定硬體（相機、GPS）的深度操作、推播通知、背景處理等，需要分別針對 iOS 和 Android 撰寫原生模組（Native Modules）。 UI/UX 適配： 根據 iOS 和 Android 各自的設計規範 (Human Interface Guidelines / Material Design)，微調 UI/UX，讓 APP 看起來更符合原生應用的習慣。 APP 上架與管理： 負責將 APP 發布到 Apple App Store 和 Google Play Store，並處理後續的版本更新、審核問題及使用者回饋。 效能優化： 持續監控並提升 APP 在不同裝置和系統版本上的執行效能、記憶體使用及穩定性。

Responsibilities: Importation & Customs Coordination *Manage import/export documentation for shipments from Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Korea, Japan and other regions. *Ensure compliance with local customs laws, import permits, and food safety regulations. *Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and regulatory agencies. Transportation & Distribution *Plan, schedule, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments. *Optimize transport routes to reduce cost and delivery time. *Liaise with transport partners for efficient last-mile delivery. Warehouse & Inventory Support *Coordinate with warehouse partners and stores for accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. *Monitor stock movements to avoid delays, shortages, obsolescence or overstock. *Ensure proper handling and storage of perishable food items. Supplier & Vendor Management *Collaborate with suppliers and buyers to ensure smooth product flow. *Resolve logistics issues such as delays, damages, or documentation errors. *Evaluate logistics vendors and negotiate service agreements. Cost & Performance Management *Track logistics costs and prepare regular reports for management. *Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery rate, transport cost efficiency, and service reliability. *Identify process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency. *Effectively escalate issues and questions accordingly. *Handle and gather confidential data during supplier interactions. Ensure all products comply with food safety, importation, and regulatory requirements. Work with marketing team to introduce new products and promotions. Inventory & Cost Control Monitor inventory levels to avoid obsolescence, stock-outs or overstocking. Implement demand forecasting and sales trend analysis to optimize ordering. Control procurement costs while maximizing profit margins. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with logistics for timely delivery and distribution. Partner with sales, retail, and customer service teams to gather customer feedback and adjust product mix. Collaborate with multi-function teams in providing accurate information as needed.
