We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales to lead our Key Accounts (KA) strategy in Japan, focusing on HMI (Human-Machine Interface), Retail, and Industrial Display Solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Japan’s B2B market, a proven track record in driving revenue growth for cutting-edge technology products, and the ability to align cross-functional teams toward unified objectives. The ideal candidate will possess fluency in Japanese, a strong technical understanding of display and POS systems, and a strategic mindset to expand market share in competitive verticals.
1.	Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth
o	Develop and execute a 3-year roadmap for KA accounts in Japan, targeting retail chains, manufacturing hubs, and industrial automation clients.
o	Achieve 120%+ of annual sales targets through proactive account penetration, pricing strategies, and cross-selling opportunities.
o	Identify emerging trends (e.g., IoT-enabled displays, AI-driven POS systems) and translate them into scalable business proposals.
2.	KA Relationship Management
o	Build C-suite partnerships with Fortune 500 companies (e.g., electronics manufacturers, retail conglomerates) to secure multi-year contracts.
o	Lead technical negotiations with FAEs (Field Application Engineers) to customize solutions for Japanese clients’ stringent requirements (e.g., IP65-rated touchscreens, JIS compliance).
3.	Cross-Functional Collaboration
o	Collaborate with R&D to drive localization (e.g., Japanese-language UI, regional certifications) and ensure seamless product launches.
o	Partner with Marketing to execute industry-specific campaigns (e.g., CeBIT Japan, Smart Factory Expo) and thought leadership events.
4.	Team Building & Operational Excellence
o	Recruit and mentor a high-performing team of 10-15years sales professionals, implementing KPIs for lead conversion and customer retention.
o	Optimize sales processes using CRM tools (Salesforce) and ensure alignment with global sales analytics frameworks.
