[ABOUT THE ROLE ] The Sr. Manufacturing Test Engineer will provide day-to-day, hands-on manufacturing test development, execution, and support in conjunction with internal engineering teams and CM/JDM,ODM, ensuring manufacturing test processes are robust, repeatable, and controlled. This role will gather technical/customer requirements, research, design, develop and recommend manufacturing test processes, build/lead project timelines, oversee NPI, and run product changes. Manufacturing Test processes will include, but are not limited to, IQC/OQC, IPQC, and final assembly (FATP) to ensure testing requirements and proper data transfer are fulfilled.  [YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON] - Collaborate with multi-functional engineering teams (SW/FW/EE/ME/HW/QC) to ensure robust manufacturing test strategies, providing expertise in manufacturing test development and execution   - Evaluate the product designs and build the manufacturing test  processes, fixtures, and operating procedures   - Lead manufacturing test development for new and existing product designs, development of mechanical requirements, write test plans, and lead test coverage based on product requirements   - Develop automated test scripts for product functional tests using C/C++/ Python   - Develop automated test utilities using LabVIEW   - Design, build, and deploy manufacturing test platforms for manufacturing partners  - Analyze, troubleshoot, and root cause manufacturing test yield issues and field escapes   - Experience in crafting and supporting high-volume data collection from multiple systems in a manufacturing environment to identify, measure, and present critical metrics needed by the Peloton engineering teams   - Handles the manufacturing test FW/SW change order process (ECR/ ECO)   - Develop manufacturing test equipment specifications; lead equipment build and validation - Research and recommend new manufacturing test applications and processes   - Performs other duties as assigned by management 

[ABOUT THE ROLE] The Senior Tooling Engineer is a crucial position for optimizing the tooling development from tooling design to production sustaining with JDMs, ODMs, and CMs with consideration in both throughput and quality, while also advice on optimizing part & assembly design for manufacturing (DFM) with internal design and engineering team. An ideal candidate should have hands-on experiences with hydroforming tooling, metallic tooling and process design and/or tool trial trouble shooting on site. Experienced with injection toolings, overmolding techniques, rubber forming, progressive dies, stage dies, transfer dies, tool steel selection, deep draw, high speed stamping, forging, surface coating, surface finish processing and heat treating are important traits of an ideal candidate as well. To ensure the quality delivery of the program, the Senior Tooling Engineer is responsible for several key tasks. These include drafting supplier-facing tooling requirements and maintenance plans, which will be based on both product demand and design specifications. The engineer will also gather tooling information to populate company asset databases. Furthermore, the role involves active participation in tool trial activities and conducting supplier capability studies to guarantee tool quality. To support the company's long-term growth, the Tooling Engineer will be responsible for developing a knowledge library for advanced materials and fabrication, contributing tooling input for product design requirements, and building simulation models for tooling and part cost analysis. The Senior Tooling Engineer will not only provide day-to-day technical support for internal teams and JDMs/ODMs/CMs, including engineering changes implementation on tooling, part availability tracking and schedule discussion and cost reduction but also continuous improvement in both quality and time, hands-on implementation of the improvements in the production lines for ensuring manufacturing activities. [YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON] - Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure robust DFM/DFA, providing expertise in material & process selection, tooling design and material requirement, process audit and tooling qualification plan - Lead and direct the tooling team, ensuring all tooling across JDMs, ODMs, and CMs consistently meets or exceeds performance, quality, and efficiency goals. This includes design review, approval, maintenance, calibration, and end-of-life considerations for optimized manufacturing. - Engage in detailed technical discussions about part fabrication, manufacturing processes, material selection, and potential challenges. Determine appropriate manufacturing processes to achieve desired cosmetic and functional requirements, considering tolerances, surface finishes, and production - Validate tooling designs, including continuous discussions with suppliers/tool makers and CAE simulations for troubleshooting. - Work with ODMs and CMs to provide engineering support in problem solving and root cause analysis that are tooling related, then understand and help refining technical requirements for products and processes for future and on-going productions - Manages and establishes tooling maintenance standards at vendor sites. Conducts tooling audits to ensure quality of maintenance. - Conduct on-site supplier audits to analyze factory capacity and capability. - Collaborate with suppliers on equipment recommendations, conduct financial payback analyses, and submit Capital Expenditure requests to management. - Voice of Peloton manufacturing on cross-functional teams for aligning engineering requirements with manufacturing feasibility - Proposes and identifies innovative applications for existing Peloton materials, products, and processes. - Identify cost reduction opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives involving daily operations, engineering, and processing

ABOUT THE ROLE The Operations Program Manager (OPM) will be a key operations interface in partnership to other OPMs, Supply Chain teams, manufacturing & quality teams, and other functional organizations within Peloton. It is the responsibility of the OPM to manage programs from the Production phase through End of Life. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON • Assess, consolidate, and communicate risk and status clearly, calling out key issues and presenting options for resolution to the cross-functional executive team through program reviews and other executive forums. • Drive decision making and collaboration across different teams, prioritizing and driving execution of programs in different phases. • Create project plans, identify constraints and risks, and provide mitigation plans for multiple complex programs within manufacturing operations, working closely with supply chain teams to deliver project goals. • Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to develop product improvement strategies to drive successful cost-down initiatives • Act as the point of contact from the factory operations teams to US-based Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams from development phase through end of life. • Liaison across multiple cross-functional teams to ensure product cost, manufacturability, reliability, product quality, and safety and compliance strategies are met. • Ability to manage high-level executive communications for senior leadership updates and program review. • Lead and execute on multiple analysis on line capacity and ramp plans for new products and sustaining changes.
