Therefore, we offer a very flexible set of services to our clients depending on what their short- and long-term goals are. CIeNET recognizes that there is a common concern towards outsourcing in China, and that is Intellectual Property. We are 100% committed to protecting our client’s Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). We have implemented a stringent set of processes in order to effectively protect and ensure the safety of our client’s IPR. These processes have helped us establish a strong reputation for protecting IPR with our clients. Today, our project teams are CMMi Level 3 and ISO 9001 certified. The importance of having a mature process in software development is critical to the success of our projects and our clients. *Service Models The following is a list of the different service models that we provide: A. On-site Development Our engineers will manage a project life cycle or seamlessly integrate into the client’s engineering teams. B. Off-site Development Our client projects will be managed and developed in CIeNET facilities while providing timely updates and following mature processes. C. Offshore Development Client offices are located abroad； therefore the majority of project development work is managed at CIeNET facilities in China under secure and dedicated development environments. D. Build - Operate - Transfer Many foreign companies want to penetrate the China market, but do not have the resources or the company-size to warrant all the logistical obstacles to start an entity in China . Therefore, CIeNET offers services to help companies launch China operations without all the logistical nightmares that come with opening an office in a foreign country . We have successfully implemented this strategic service for several clients who are all very pleased with the results. They are all currently developing their China presence and operations utilizing this effective strategy. *Contract Types We offer our clients two types of contracts, resource-based and project-based. A. Resource-based contract Client billing will be calculated on a per engineer basis. B. Project-based contract Client agrees to a contract based on the requirements of the project, not the size of the project team.

We are looking for a Risk Analyst to join us. This role is is responsible for cross-boundary platform policy design, operation and seller management, based on in-depth analytical technology. Risk Analyst will be responsible in analytics, reporting, research and documentation related tasks.
Key responsibilities:

We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join us, reporting directly to the Sales Operations Manager. This role is responsible for managing data in the Salesforce CRM and providing insights and analysis to improve sales operations effectiveness. The Sales Operations Analyst will also work closely with Sales Teams from Great China, India, Japan, SEA etc. to deliver sales team efficiency and improvements.
Key responsibilities:
・Drive sales team efficiency and effectiveness through CRM Salesforce and provide efficient and accurate sales force reporting initiatives, and opportunities for sales operation improvement.
・Coordinate with BU and other stakeholders for the data and operation initiative support in SalesForce.
・Ensure sales reports and other internal intelligence is provided to BU. Facilitate to develop new tools as needed.

- Hands-on coding capability Python for testing tool development for camera hardware validation process automation.
- Familiar with Object-Oriented Programming.
- This role will work closely with the R&D team in daily tasks, requiring frequent sync-ups, communication, and reviews.

We are seeking an experienced firmware engineer to work with our development team & US clients. You will be directly working with cross-country elite engineers in the world. Also, you will be joining the software team that is responsible for the development, design, diagnose and troubleshooting, and bug fixing software modules to improve product performance and stability.
Key Qualifications:
- Proficiency in C programming.
- Understanding of microcontroller architecture and embedded software development workflows.
- Experience integrating and validating hardware interfaces such as GPIO, I2C, SPI, UART, and CAN.
- Hands-on experience with debugging tools (e.g., JTAG, SWD, Segger J-Link).
- Familiar with microcontroller timers/clocks, interrupts, power mode control, watchdogs, and flash memory operations.
- Familiar with version control, code review practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with RTOS or multithreaded firmware development is a plus.
- Experience with platforms such as STM32 and SAM-C is a plus.
