l Harmonization in EHS performance and EHS standards in site. Collaborate with country EHS head to work efficiently and effectively.
n EHS roles and responsibilities in RC codes.
n Site experience sharing.
n Shared with site management and country EHS head: Issue management and advocacy process.
l Lead site the continuous improvement in EHS performance,
n EHS awareness and EHS culture via safety dialogue (safety workshop or safety short talk…etc.) with each department.
n Responsible for effective alignment of Group/legal standard and processes:
n understand local needs via safety dialogue
n responsible for EHS knowledge and guidance on EHS matters.
n training matrix to define required training conducted by EHS team and legal requirement.
n responsible for EHS experience sharing and best practice.
n collaborate with site management to set site EHS target base on Group Taiwan EHS goals and site needs.
n work with site management to identify high potential risk and site walk through.
n responsible for the accident/incident investigation and recommend improvement/preventive measures.
n establish necessary EHS standard and maintain a documentation system
n Monitoring EHS performance by working with Site management, country EHS head and RC code owner:
n regular or random check on EHS implementation.
n instruct operation the Group/legal standards and best practice.
n regular report the EHS performance to site management.
n prepare the EHS presentation materials, statistics, and reports.
n Actively involved in EHS management and participate in advocacy
n share experiences with government functions and chemical associations.
n competence in identifying threat and opportunity and lead the implementation in site.
n build one face to government and 3rd party for site related issue
Production Supervisor
1. Safety
Ensure the team members comply with company and local regulations and implement relevant safety and environment protection policies and procedure to maintain the healthy working environment.
2. Quality
Manage and review the production procedure to ensure the daily operation meet the quality requirements of products.
Drive the continuous improvement of production process.
Monitor product quality to fulfill customer’s requirement and guideline with cost-effective manner.
3. Objectives setting and budgeting
Set the annual key performance indicators of production and review the results.
Plan, and assess the priority of annual projects and recourses needed.
Ensure the task implementation within the agreed budget and timeline.
4. Maintenance
Organize and coordinate with E&M to schedule downtime of the annual preventive maintenance to ensure the equipment reliability, efficiency and production quality.
Lead TPM (Total Productive Management) to increase productivity.
5. New product scale up and internal/external audit
Lead the team to cooperate with project team for production line design and conduct the process parameter optimization to ensure the quality meet key customers’ strict requirement within limited time frame and appropriate cost.
Confront and face the direct challenge from key customers and provide the win-win solution. Execute ISO, supplier and customer audit to ensure regulations are met.
6. People management
Motivate, supervise and provide the guidance to team members.
Establish the balance between labor overtime and productivity to manage the manpower arrangement.
7. Others
Deputy of manager for Mixture production.
1. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
2. Perform instrument operation demonstrations and provide technical explanations to customers.
3. Familiar with routine maintenance and troubleshooting of instruments.
4. Hands-on experience with industrial instrumentation operation and maintenance.
5. On-site service experience in steel plants, refineries, or petrochemical facilities is a
strong plus.
6. Conduct customer visits to establish and maintain strong, long-term partnerships.
7. Communicate with overseas engineers and technicians in English to discuss equipment status and technical issues.
