1. Responsible for achieving sales quotas through the direct sale of HD (Hemodialysis) products. Implement sales strategies to attain sales volume, product mix and profit objectives.
2. Calls on prospective customers, delivers effective sales presentations, provide technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations, organize hospital seminars, and quotes appropriate customer prices.
3. Monitors sales against forecasts and participates in the determination of market potential for the territory.

• Design and implement streamlined payroll processes across the cluster.
• Collaborate with multiple country’s teams to ensure alignment and compliance with organizational policies
• Analyze existing HR workflows and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain documentation for optimized HR processes throughout employee life cycle.
• Develop a user-friendly HR SharePoint site structure that aligns with organizational needs.
• Track project progress, and ensure timely execution
• Assist with daily administrative duties of the HR department; assist colleagues or external parties’ requests via emails and calls.
• Assist local HR-related tasks to ensure HR compliance, ex. event support, partner coordination, etc.
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.
