• Design and implement streamlined payroll processes across the cluster. • Collaborate with multiple country’s teams to ensure alignment and compliance with organizational policies • Analyze existing HR workflows and identify areas for improvement. • Develop and maintain documentation for optimized HR processes throughout employee life cycle. • Develop a user-friendly HR SharePoint site structure that aligns with organizational needs. • Track project progress, and ensure timely execution • Assist with daily administrative duties of the HR department; assist colleagues or external parties’ requests via emails and calls. • Assist local HR-related tasks to ensure HR compliance, ex. event support, partner coordination, etc. • Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.

(Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) • Data Protection and Privacy awareness. • Detail-oriented, organized, and with a growth mindset. • Positive interpersonal skills. • Bachelor’s or above degree in HR/Business Administration/International Relations or related fields. • Experineces in multinational companies is preferred.
