Job Description 在致力於改善生活品質的營養領域扮演重要角色的醫療照護專業人員間,提升亞培產品的知名度,確保地區內亞培產品的長期成長,並維持優於競爭品牌的地位。 透過多元化客戶互動策略建立 HCP 對亞培品牌產品的信任與忠誠度,從而開拓新商機並確保既有業務的成長。 培養及維持醫學代表的知識、客戶互動技能和商業敏銳度,建立符合倫理標準的高績效銷售團隊。 發展 KOL 關係推廣亞培品牌,並影響所有層級各專科 HCP 以亞培產品為首選品牌的認知。 Main Responsibilities: - 確保個人目標的達成及透過經驗分享協助團隊中的新業務達成 KPI。 - 運用即時全通路商業情報分析地區/領域內的市場、類別和通路機會,找出有助於在顧客/客戶層級增加市占率的機會。 - 充分運用商業分析資料和客戶洞悉持續分析區域內的成長潛力,制定全通路參與策略,使亞培成為區域內的首選品牌。 - 統整顧客全通路參與策略,發展及支持執行客戶計畫。 - 透過醫學代表對目標顧客和客戶實施行銷計畫,包括教導、執行和追蹤計畫的影響/成敗。 - 就客戶互動過程的各個層面向醫學代表提供漸進式即時訓練與回饋,並進行觀察。 - 在醫學代表之間透過指導、訓練和榜樣加快培養數位知識與應用的速度。 - 在數位、遠端/虛擬和面對面通路上與顧客和客戶建立和維持關係,增加亞培品牌產品的知名度與忠誠度。 - 與訓練/SFE 部門合作,找出團隊中各醫學代表的知識與技能缺口,從而優化團隊績效,並制定個人發展計畫,提升地區/領域的整體能力。 - 透過合作式排疑解難、指導、訓練、回饋和升級等方法,直接且持續提供支援給現場醫學代表。 - 在地區/領域內發展及擴充 KOL 網路,從而影響客戶的所有層級(不僅是 HCP)。 - 與行銷部門進行跨職能合作,共同收集和解讀顧客與市場行為資料,並將全通路參與資料轉換為真實世界的活動。 - 展現廉潔與透明,樹立倫理行為榜樣。 - 符合法令與監管規定 教育背景 大學畢業,營養保健學相關背景尤佳。 經驗 / 資格 - 業務代表有相關行業經驗者優先。業務專員至少5 年,包括至少2 年成功的銷售監督/管理經驗。資深專員7年以上經驗。 - 有招標合約管理、KOL管理經驗 - 詳細了解支撐醫藥市場的商業原則。 - 良好的溝通、分析和談判能力。
