The Job
As a Supply Planner Here, you’ll be part of our US HMT Supply Planning team located in Taichung, Taiwan. You’ll get to:
• Oversee finished goods replenishment planning and implement inventory strategies to achieve best-in-class inventory turns while maintaining exceptional service levels.
• Lead root cause analyses and corrective actions to address service level challenges
• Optimize inventory across the US DC network to ensure efficient distribution and product availability.
• Drive on-time delivery improvements and seek expediting opportunities to resolve service issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Assess capacity to successfully deliver New Product Introduction, Sourcing Transitions and Promotions
• Utilize advanced supply planning systems to streamline operations and maintain accurate planning parameters.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning, Sourcing, Transportation, and Distribution Centers to proactively identify and resolve supply, demand, and delivery discrepancies or issues.
The Person

• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and best practices in supply planning and inventory management.
• Advanced proficiency in supply planning systems and data analytical skills (JDA, SAP, Excel, Power BI).
• Effective project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Proactive problem-solving with keen attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and confidently in both English and Chinese, with a proven track record of taking initiative in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain. CPIM preferred. 4+ years’ relevant supply chain experience.
