DT SWISS 是一家專注於高性能自行車輪組和零件的企業，致力於為自行車愛好者提供卓越的品質與創新的技術，讓每一位騎士都能享受更順暢的騎行體驗。 -職務內容- ◆負責倉庫日常運作管理，確保物料收發、存放及出貨流程順暢且準確 Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of materials. ◆制定並執行倉庫管理制度及標準作業流程 Develop and implement warehouse management policies and standard operating procedures. ◆管理倉庫人員的工作安排與績效管理，培訓並提升團隊工作效率 Lead warehouse staff, manage work schedules, and conduct performance evaluations and training to improve team efficiency. ◆管理庫存，定期盤點並維護庫存準確性，減少庫存差異與損耗 Manage inventory, conduct regular stock counts, and maintain inventory accuracy to minimize discrepancies and losses. ◆協調與生產、採購、業務、品質等部門溝通，確保物料供應及出貨時效 Coordinate with production, procurement, Sales, and quality departments to ensure timely material supply and shipment. ◆確保倉庫安全與清潔，符合公司及相關法規的安全標準 Ensure warehouse safety and cleanliness, complying with company policies and relevant safety regulations. ◆分析倉儲作業數據，提出改善建議，提升整體物流效率 Analyze warehouse operation data and provide improvement recommendations to enhance overall logistics efficiency. ◆管理倉庫相關系統操作，如ERP系統的倉庫模組等 Manage warehouse-related systems such as ERP. -條件- ◆ 大專以上學歷，物流管理、工業管理、供應鏈管理相關科系佳 Associate degree or above, preferably in Logistics Management, Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. ◆具製造業倉庫管理經驗，熟悉倉庫作業流程及管理技巧 Warehouse management experience in the manufacturing industry, familiar with warehouse operation processes and management skills. ◆英語程度並非嚴格要求，但需具備基本的閱讀和溝通能力。 English proficiency is not a strict requirement, but basic ability to read and communicate is expected. ◆具備基本的英語能力（口說和書面）者優先。 Basic English skills (verbal and written) are an advantage ◆善於跨部門溝通協調，能與其他部門合作達成目標 Well inter-departmental communication, well Cross-department Cooperation. ◆良好的規劃和管理能力 Good planning and management capabilities. ◆具備數據分析能力，能有效控制庫存並優化流程 Data analysis skills to control inventory effectively and optimize processes. ◆具安全管理知識，熟悉倉庫安全規範 Knowledge of safety management and warehouse safety regulations. -具備特質- ◆ 具責任感及積極主動解決問題的態度 Responsible and proactive problem-solving attitude. ◆ 具良好團隊管理與溝通協調能力，能承受工作壓力 Strong team management and communication skills, able to work under pressure. ◆ 具有團隊精神 Team player. ◆ 重視團隊並在乎每個成員 Focus the team and care about each member. ◆ 開放性思考 Open minded thinking. -社團活動- ◆ 羽球、核心肌力訓練 ◆ 自行車團騎：騎乘點數可兌換公司周邊商品、數台自行車供騎乘及租借 -福利制度- ◆ 免費租借公司輪組、員購優惠及免費組輪兌換方案

THESE EXCITING TASKS AWAIT YOU - Event Support - ◆Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of sponsored cycling events and activations. ◆Help evaluate new event opportunities in line with brand objectives. - Social Media - ◆Support the marketing team in planning, scheduling, and publishing content on our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube). ◆Align local activities with the global social media strategy. ◆Track and analyze content performance and handle related requests. - Media & Advertising - ◆Assist in coordinating content placement with media partners. ◆Support evaluation of advertising opportunities in relevant industry media. - Marketing Operations - ◆Support the day-to-day tasks of the marketing team to ensure smooth workflow and internal coordination. ◆Help build and maintain internal and external networks to enhance marketing effectiveness. - Distributor Communication - ◆Coordinate with distribution partners across Asia Pacific to ensure effective collaboration and alignment with brand goals. - Merchandise Support - ◆Assist in managing brand merchandise activities and internal requests.
