We are currently seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the HR Director, this role is responsible for delivering full-spectrum HR services, supporting day-to-day operations, and partnering with department leaders to drive organizational growth and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
1. HR Business Partnering
• Partner with department heads across sales, aftersales, and
administration to provide day-to-day HR consultation and solutions.
• Provide HR advisory and solutions in areas such as recruitment, development,
performance, and employee relations.
• Support organizational changes, talent reviews, and manpower planning in
alignment with business needs.
2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening,
interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.
• Collaborate with universities to support internship pipelines and future talent
conversion
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
• Plan and execute employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
• Actively participate in the Employee Welfare Committee, managing employee
activities and supporting large-scale initiatives.
4. Performance Management & Learning
• Support annual performance review cycles and probation evaluations.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on feedback, development, and
goal-setting.
• Facilitate onboarding, induction sessions, and internal training coordination.
5. HR Operations & Compliance
• Ensure HR operations are compliant with Taiwan labor laws and internal policies.
• Prepare HR documentation, contracts, and changes related to transfers,
promotions, and terminations.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure timely updates in HR systems.
6. HR Data & Reporting
• Compile and analyze key HR metrics including headcount, turnover, hiring
status, and engagement results.
• Provide regular reports and insights to support strategic planning and decision-
making by the HR Director.
