RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for a skilled Engineer to maintain and repair the top vehicle brands. Once you enter you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and fixing them aiming at maximum reliability and functionality. • Perform work as described on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, under guideline standards. • Confer with Service Advisor to obtain descriptions of vehicle problems, and to discuss work to be performed. • Plan work procedures and provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job. • Customer Relations: Attentive to customer needs and responsive to customer inquiries where appropriate. • Productivity & Efficiency: Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude to achieve high results. • Repair, replace or adjust worn and faulty parts using suitable tools and equipment. • Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) of new cars. • Communicate with the Parts Department to obtain needed parts and supplies. • Perform other related duties as assigned • Maintain a clean and safe environment of vehicles and service center • Attend and successfully complete factory training as required. • Support events when required 工作內容 • 準確的依照指導規範上所說明的流程執行工作 • 從服務顧問提出車輛問題的相關描述中,討論並確認要執行的工作內容 • 計畫工作程序,準確估計出維修或維護工作所需的成本、時間及工作量 • 客戶關係: 關注客戶需求並適當的給予回覆 • 生產力和效率: 保持積極和熱情的態度以取得高效的成果 • 使用合適的工具與設備修理、更換或調整磨損或故障的零件 • 進行新車交付前的檢查(PDI) • 執行工作職責分配上的其他相關任務 • 購買工場耗材和所需零件 • 執行其他被委派的相關職務 • 保持車輛和服務中心清潔和安全的環境 • 依照公司計畫參與並成功完成相關培訓訓練 • 支援活動
