1. At least 5 years H/W design experience. 2. H/W design review & project schedule control. 3. Wireless product H/W design experience is a must. 4. Medical Device H/W design experience is a plus. 5. Wearable Device product H/W design experience is a plus. 6. Design change review/approval. 7. NPI and critical quality event analysis support. 8. H/W department resource management.
