1. Support field service team by conducting troubleshooting and continuous improvement projects. 2. Provide cross functional supports to deal with CIP and develop solutions, including collecting filed test data and generating related reports. 3. Provide domestic and overseas supports on tool installation for new accounts or projects. 4. Provides coaching and training to field service technical engineers on new products support and troubleshooting cases. 5. Coordinate between German HQs and customer to achieve technical goals by developing and implementing solution with efficiency.

1. Above 5 years of technical working experiences in semiconductor related field. 2. Good command of English in writing, reading and especially in listening and speaking. 3. Familiar with facility requirements and vendors, skills with the components' material and manufacture. 4. Good competency in communication/ problem solving skills/ team work/ customer focus.
