ESG Specialist

Role Overview: Join our elite team as an ESG specialist, a pivotal role within the Executive Office. You'll work closely with Nien Made's Sustainable Development Committee, influencing key strategic decisions and driving our commitment to sustainability. This high-level position offers an unique opportunity to shape our ESG initiatives and make a significant impact on our global operations. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Nien Made's Sustainable Development Committee to identify regulatory initiatives and contribute to the publication of the annual ESG report. - Maintain ongoing dialogue with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and regulators, to address identified ESG risks and opportunities and recommend necessary improvements. - Provide expert advice on ESG strategies related to CO2e emissions, water and effluents, labor/management relations, market presence, and other relevant areas. - Manage ESG-related projects and develop both financial and non-financial models to support our sustainability goals. Required Skills: - Proven experience in financial institutions (e.g., sell-side), accounting/law firms, consulting companies, or professional institutes. - Demonstrated professional maturity, confidence, and initiative. - Strong judgment and practical application of regulations. - Proficiency in financial modeling and risk analysis. - Excellent written and organizational skills in English.
