FAE Manager

1. Managing the company products and providing technical support. 2. Analyzing technological problems with providing solutions to address customer’s needs. 3. Collaborating with sales team and Product Managers for obtaining accurate information of application usage, system operations, and product management. 4. Preparing technical element for product presentations, conducting training sessions for demonstrating new products and services. 5. Supporting the region’s FAE and sales team in organizing the presentation and training of product demonstration of proposal with involved in defining the technical solution guidelines for sale team support. 6. Assisting the Market Development for performing the desired tests and requirement procedures, preparing detailed schedule regarding the project specifications, conducting research on market trends in field application, analyzing the emerging trends for recommending the new application engineering products.
