1. Candidate must demonstrate successful direct sales experience in medical device products. 2. Cultivate business opportunities with new and manage existing clients in territory, building strong business relationships, ensure full customer satisfaction to increase market share. 3. Develop business plans, account portfolios and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve targeted revenue. 4. Execute territory sales performance reviews on rolling basis including sales approach progress, 5. Refine strategies and tactics to ensure executions are synchronizing with company revenue goals. 6. Conduct marketing exhibitions, events and congress to promote MiiS brand and products.
