This role primarily focuses on project-based consulting, delivering tailored solutions aligned with client needs across talent and organizational development. Training Delivery • Conduct pre-training expectation survey and interviews. • Deliver DDI training solutions. • Designs and customizes training solutions to ensure client satisfaction. Project Delivery • Deliver/implement client projects requiring in depth knowledge in DDI’s core technologies (e.g. selection/assessment, learning and development, organizational development and executive assessment, coaching and development).
