Summary 1. Regularly assist in salary surveys, analyze market salary trends and make adjustment recommendations. 2. Assist in the design and optimization of the company's salary structure to ensure the fairness and market competitiveness of the salary system. 3. Collect market information and analyze data on employee rewards and other aspects to provide management team with decision-making needs. 4. Evaluate the appointment salary of new employees and recommend salary adjustments for promotions Qualification 1. A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Finance, Human Resources, Social Studies, or a related field 2. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in human resources, data analysis, or a related field 3. Strong knowledge of statistical methods, data analysis, and presentation 4. Experience in quantitative and qualitative surveys is a definite advantage 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI and other data analysis programs 6. Ability to produce high-quality written work, such as business reports or proposals 7. Ability to convey ideas in a coherent, fluent, and logical manner 8. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin 9. Analytical, accurate, and detail-oriented with the ability to apply analytical skills and methodologies to solve problems 10. A good team player with a high degree of personal initiative and a keen interest in pursuing a long-term career in the consulting business
