●Keep updating from internal department and projects. ●Responsible for the recruitment needs. ●Pre-selection interviews through phone calls ●Follow-up of the recruitment process Direct approach: ●Direct approach and promotion of FPT Software on job boards & social networks. ●Development of a network and creation of a portfolio of candidates ●Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Follow-up: ●Active participation in the recruitment meetings ●Weekly reporting of your activity ●Support data marts to provide intuitive analytics for internal report/statistics. ●Take care or involve in the onboarding process as well as keep good contact to onboarded candidates

-Hiring/ Hunting campaign experience -At least 3-4 years of direct experience in recruitment IT from Agency, Outsourcing or Software IT Business. -Have a previous successful experience in recruitment and are interested by the Consulting/Outsourcing world in IT via recruitment approach -You act as a real business partner to find the best candidates for your internal clients thanks to the knowledge you gained on markets’ business situation, positions, and technologies. -You are curious and have a proactive mindset. -You have a background in recruitment or headhunting. -Your expertise will allow your partners to maximize their chances in quickly finding the best talent and fit for their needs; helping them to grow their market. -Able to communicate in English
