This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang’s growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did we ever live without Coupang?” Position: Principal, EHS Compliance Team Description: EHS compliance team is looking for experts who will present practical and strategic alternatives to establish and operate a legal and exemplary safety perspectives and health system. This team is a group of top experts comprised of talented people who pursue the accomplishment and reward of being EHS experts who actively solve company-wide EHS compliance issues, and who proactively discover problems and remediate it. What are the 4 things you need this person to do? • Ability to perform the audit on adequacy of safety management at each Coupang Site based on technical knowledge of safety • Ability to identify potential risks of each site and able to elaborate through the report to the stakeholders • Ability to identify various risk factors on each site and provide multifaceted improvement measures • Ability to handle the issues related to safety with creativity & planning skills and enhance Coupang's level of safety Essential Qualifications: • More than 12 years of experience in industrial safety field • Ability to write Chinese/English documents • MS Office (Excel, etc.) Recruitment Process: • Application Review - Phone Interview - Onsite (or Virtual Onsite) Interview – Offer • The exact nature of the recruitment process may vary according to the specific job and may be changed due to scheduling or other circumstances. • Interview schedules and the results will be informed to the applicant via the e-mail address submitted at the application stage.
