• Rich experience to handle networking product support. • Ability to write clear technical requirements and application documents. • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing clear solutions that enhance customer satisfaction, even when faced with limited information. • Provide exceptional technical support across various communication channels including live chat, phone, and email. • Gather and organize user feedback with attention to detail, aiding our ongoing efforts for improvement. • Quickly identify and recognize emerging issue patterns within our user base. • Ability to track and resolve technical issues. • Overseas travel may be required. • 5+ year experience in following position would be plus: 1. Hands-on experience of the networking solution architecture and features 2. Understanding networking security 3. Understanding cyber threat intelligence 4. Knowledge and understanding of IT/OT industry environment
