We are looking for a senior B2B events marketer who will be responsible for developing a long-term event strategy and executing various events worldwide to create global exposure for XING Mobility both online and offline. This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary, and dynamic position, requiring close collaboration with the business development team and our strategic partners. The ideal candidate is passionate about content design and should see this position as exhibition curation rather than just execution. They prefer to work in an environment that emphasizes ownership of campaigns, collaboration, learning, curiosity, and a drive to continually improve oneself, the team, and the whole company. • Maintain a list of events XING Mobility should participate in based on primary research and input from team members. • Set relevant KPIs to measure individual event effectiveness. • Source the best possible deals to maximize visibility. • Provide full logistic support to all events globally with occasional travel to major events.
