The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully developing products from inception to market (0-1 product development) and will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative environment. 【Job Description】 - Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new products involving LLMs, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs. - Develop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring milestones and objectives are met on time. - Work closely with the technical team to ensure alignment of technical solutions with product requirements. - Maintain close contact with customers to understand their needs and feedback. - Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of products and identify areas for improvement. - Foster team development and promote open communication and collaboration. 【Qualification】 - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a CS, Engineering or related degree is a plus. - At least 3 years of experience in product management or project management, with a successful track record in 0-1 product development. - In-depth understanding and practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications. - Knowledge of software development and product design, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical teams.
