Design and plan digital product services and product official websites. Build, design, and maintain the company's internal design system. Collect and analyze market competitors' design trends to provide design suggestions for product innovation and brand upgrades. Participate in regular design team reviews and sharing sessions to improve the overall design level of the team. Job Requirements: A background in visual and interaction design or related fields is preferred. At least 2 years of relevant work or internship experience. Able to understand user needs from their perspective. Strong narrative ability with good communication and collaboration skills. Proficient in commonly used design tools such as Photoshop (PS), Illustrator (AI), and Figma. Familiar with Figma design systems, components, and architectural logic. Excellent design skills and strong artistic foundation. Creative and imaginative, with the ability to judge aesthetic quality. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
