Responsibilities Understand storage markets, competition, and user requirements in depth to define and prioritize software features. Develop and maintain detailed user stories and requirements for software development. Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic software initiatives, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality project delivery. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress, and manage risks with effective mitigation strategies. Communicate progress, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders at all levels. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in product management within the storage industry. Minimum 1 year of experience in taking technical products from conception to launch. Strong understanding of storage technologies, file systems, backup methodologies, and network protocols. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Nice to have Product management experience in the NAS domain. Experience in working with international teams and managing remote development efforts. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Confluence. Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in the storage industry, such as NVMe, clustering, and centralized backup. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and techniques. Experience in UX design, with a focus on creating user-friendly and intuitive interfaces.
